Sir--We would like to draw attention to problems relating to the indexing and citation of group-authored papers. On July 10, 2002, we did several general searches of the Science Citation Index SCI ; to find all seven journal articles published in the name of the Early Breast Cancer Trialists' Collaborative Group. Each search consisted of the journal title or truncated versions ; and an entry in either the author field or the topic field where the user can enter terms from the article title, keywords, or abstract ; . Once all the records were found, we did additional cited reference searches to try to supplement the number of citations which SCI had attributed to each record. Each search included the year of publication in the cited year field, the journal title or truncated versions ; in the cited work field, and various different truncated names-- including members of the writing committee or the first listed member of the collaborative group, from the acknowledgments at the end of the article--in the cited author field eg, EAR * OR EBC * OR CLARK * OR ABE * ; . We could not find any of the articles by entering Early Breast Cancer Trialists' Collaborative Group or truncated versions of this name ; in the author field of the general search. The document [2581] covers Astra's operations for the year 1991, for which reason it is assumed that the document dates from no later than 1992. The IMS data contained in the CD-Rom referred to at [10316] shows that AZ's OTC sales of 10 mg Losec MUPS made up at the very most around 4% of AZ's total sales of Losec MUPS in Sweden during 2000.
The claimant has proven, by a preponderance of the evidence, that respondents should remain responsible for all hospital, medical, and related expenses, including, but not limited to both cervical surgeries, as well as lumbar surgery which has been performed since benefits were terminated, together with continued reasonably necessary medical treatment.

Does not appear to be a strong predictor of the severity of neonatal withdrawal. Factors predicting the severity of the neonatal abstinence syndrome have not been clearly defined. It is likely that concomitant dependence on drugs other than opioids particularly, nicotine dependence ; may contribute to more severe neonatal abstinence. Because of the risk of exacerbating withdrawal symptoms and precipitating relapse to heroin use, it is not recommended that the methadone dose be lowered during the third trimester and deltasone. Christiane Bertin; Johnson&Johnson Consumer France, 1, Rue Camille Desmoulins, Issy Les Moulineaux, France; Hlne Zunino; Arthur Pellegrino; Caroline Robert There is a significant need among atopic patients for emollient topical preparations which will alleviate their dry, pruritic, inflamed lesions and improve their quality of life. The overall objective if this clinical study was to assess the ability of an emollient preparation to alleviate the signs and symptoms of atopic dermatitis and improve the overall quality of life of these patients. Sixty-six patients aged 2-65 ; presenting with mild to moderate atopic dermatitis AD ; were enrolled in this trial and applied the tested preparation twice a day for 4 weeks. The clinical evaluations were made by dermatologist assessment of clinical signs and symptoms, instrumental measurements to evaluate skin hydration level and transepidermal water loss TEWL ; as well as a patient questionnaire on quality of life parameters. In addition to the very good efficacy results on xerosis, pruritus and lesion score respective decreases of 73.8%, 53.5% and 63.4% ; , several aspects of this study were remarkable. The hydration level and trans epidermal water loss were evaluated in 27 patients and showed a significant effect of the treatment on skin barrier function. Moreover, the treatment had a positive effect on the quality of life of the patients as evaluated by a detailed questionnaire. Finally, we could compare the evaluation of AD symptoms when assessed by the patient himself or the physician. This clinical study clearly demonstrates that the emollient preparation was effective in improving both the clinical signs and symptoms and the quality of life in the evaluated atopic population.

Also attending was ANDREW ANDY ; TOUGH, a spitfire pilot rescued by an OSS-101 team which included our new President HERB AUERBACH. A group of OSS people, the Carpetbaggers, were having a reunion in New Orleans which coincided with ours. The Carpetbaggers were the air crews who dropped OSS people all over the world. One, RENE J. DEFOURNEAUX visited with us briefly. Rene was briefly associated with Det. 101. JEFF JONES of VOSS joined us for the banquet. He also addressed the membership meeting. JOHN ALLEN and HARRY SKITTLES ; HENGSHOON managed the hospitality room, keeping us supplied with drinks and with Skittle's Burma food. Many 101'ers made it their honor to squire Col Eifler wherever he went. Col Eifler was the winner of the drawing for two nights free hotel room and a check has been sent to him. LORD SLIM was our honored guest speaker, coming from England with his LADY BUFFY ; specifically for our reunion. His talk was strong, to the point and useful for our future thinking. The interaction between Slim and Dr. Gyi was interesting since they both had commanded Ghurka units. Both the Trustees meeting and the Membership meeting, while dynamic, resulted in a general agreement that the Crop Substitution Program directed by our outgoing President PETE LUTKEN and the School Program headed by ROGER HILSMAN are worthy of our encouragement and support. It took two busses to handle everyone on the city tour. We now know all about New Orleans. The only bust was the gambling ship which did not go down the river as planned and did not have the free , 000 "Pull" as promised. Note: Those of you who spent an extra day or two in the city no doubt heard on the news that the ship not only did not have the free "Pull" but the ship was pulling out of New Orleans to go to another city. ; The Banquet room as well as the food for the Ladies Luncheon were superb. The luncheon decorations, a New Orleans Mardi Gras theme and the banquet in USA red, white and blue motif were made by Carolyn Trechter. The ladies of the Reunion committee, ANN DEMPSEY, VIRGINIA SPECTOR, RUTH LUTKEN and CAROLYN TRECHTER, did a superior job in making these two events memorable for everyone present. The following day promoting Workability International members' activities in the provision of support services for the employment and work for disabled people, worldwide. The Board Directors and the General Secretary also took the opportunity to visit a number of organizations involved with projects within the So Paulo region providing training and placement of disabled people into employment. It was explained to the Board Directors, that employment was an important factor in the emancipation of the individual disabled person and for their inclusion in social life. Historically in Brazil, the population with disabilities had always been in a position of disadvantage in the job market for various reasons, among them, low levels of education and a lack of professional qualification, products of a non-inclusive society. To make matters worse, the role of educational inequality was still a determining factor in the economic inequality for the population in Brazil; this scenario was even more evident among the population with disabilities. The Instituto Paradigma, as part of the third sector focusing on the cause of disability and social inclusion, reported that they were operating as an intermediary within a social aspect, with the objective of extracting people with disabilities from a situation of exclusion and training them for entry into the job market, constructing a strategy for their professional careers and giving them the chance to get to know their abilities and competencies. Workability America's Regional Meeting: The Winter meeting was held in the old town of San Diego, California, USA from 26th to 28th February 2007 and hosted by the Goodwill Industries of San Diego. The meeting was well attended by members from different parts of the USA and the General Secretary. At the invitation of the Workability Americas's Board of Directors, the General Secretary also attended their Board meeting on 26th February 2007 Presentations at the meeting covered Goodwill International's "Business to Business" model, the priority on the customer by ServicSource, the new JWOD business lines by NISH and the history and employment programmes operated by the local member, Job Options. The General Secretary also provided an update on Workability International's visit to So Paulo earlier in February 2007; together with work in progress including the development of the draft codes of ethics and privacy and the programme of action agreed at the WI Board Meeting at So Paulo. External site visits provided an insight to: Goodwill of San Diego's programmes and facilities including the process of re-cycling donated books through E-bay; providing a substantial financial contribution to their activities; the janitorial programme operated by Job Options for the US Immigration Authorities at Tijuana, the busiest international border crossing in the world. Workability Europe Annual Conference 2007, Cologne, Germany: The Conference with the central theme "Work, Lifelong Learning and Equal Opportunities"was organised and hosted by the Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft Werksttten Fr behinderte Menschen e. V. BAG-WfbM ; and held at the Maternushaus Conference Centre, Cologne, Germany between 22 and 25 May 2007. The General Secretary attended the conference, with over 100 delegates from 16 countries. Presentations were delivered by senior politicians from the German Federal and Regional Governments. These presentations were complimented with those from BAG-WfbM's Directors and the Head of European Commission's Unit for the Integration of People with disabilities, who reported on the Commission's priorities for persons with severe and multiple disabilities in the current EU Disability Action Plan. The General Secretary also participated in a site visit where people with mental health disabilities, were employed in a garden & horticultural centre linked to the Alexianer Werksttten. The visit included a presentation and discussion on the application and development of an assessment process to determine ability and employability of people with disabilities. The research philosophy has been described and defined from a qualitative paradigm. This has included an exposition of social constructionism and the constructs of language, meaning, shared realities, and conversational domains. The interview has been discussed not as a technique of data collection, but as a process that borders and frames a relational context within which meanings take shape. The importance of multiple realities is paramount to this research endeavour. There can be no right or wrong perception of reality, and no judgement of false memory recollections, or interpretations of events as they have occurred. The interview bisects the person's life story confronting the past in the present time frame. Therefore, it is appreciated that memories are informed by present feelings and emotions and thoughts. The story reconstruction is also guided by the researcher's questions which are created from the researcher's interests and background. Therefore, the interview is framed as a mutually communicative realm.
